How to Use the Queue Analytics to Trace Inbound/Outbound Calls - Step by Step Instructions

1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/ 

2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps) 

3. Click on the Analytics menu.

4. Click on the Queue Analytics Sub-menu.

5. Select the queue that the call was received from or made to.

6. Select the number under Total Calls

OR

7. Select the Queue Call Logs

8. From here, search for the call to view via the Search field.
