How to Transfer Calls in the Euphoria Softphone & TMS on a Mobile Phone - Step by Step Instructions
Unattended Transfer.
1. Answer the call.
2. Transfer on the phone. (This puts the caller on hold.)
3. Dial the extension you wish to transfer to and push transfer again.
Attended Transfer.
1. Answer the call.
2. Push the attended transfer button on the phone. (This puts the caller on hold.)
3. Select the dial pad and dial the number you wish to transfer to.
4. Dial the extension you wish to transfer and push the transfer key. The person you are transferring to will answer the phone.
You can then ask them if they wish to take the call. Press transfer when ready.
