1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the Extension Manager menu item.
4. Click on the Extensions sub-menu item.
5. Select the desired extension.
6. Click on the Options tab at the top.
7. Ensure the call forwarding option you need is enabled.
8. Click Apply to save the forward.
