How to Set Up the Call Back Feature for Internal Company Usage. - Reseller

This feature will allow you as a reseller to set up a feature for your client in which one extension automatically calls back another extension user if they are busy when contacted. 


Conditions that need to be met in order for this to work: (These are set per extension Users hardware device)


  • Extensions have to have call waiting disabled.(This

  • Extensions have call forwarding disabled.

  • Extensions have a busy message recorded via the *85 feature code.

  • Extension needs to be on a call for this feature to work (Does not work for no answer, only busy)


Once all these conditions have been met in order to schedule a call back the caller would dial the extension. If the called extension is on a call, dial "0".

This will then schedule the called extension to call back  as soon as they are done with their call.
