How to Install the External Client (To be used with the Agent workspace, Browser phone, EAs and Integrated soft Phones) - Step by Step Instructions
1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account, which will be an agent extension account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)

3. Click on the Agent menu item.

4. Click on the Agent Workspace sub-menu item.

5. A popup will say that it is not installed with a link to download it. Click on the link that will download the app.

6. Once downloaded, open the application and click on Install.

7. Once the installation is complete, Click the It’s Running, retry Button.

Note: A pop-up will open in the corner of your screen, showing that the external client has been installed successfully.
