How to Add an Extension to an Allow List - Step by Step Instructions
There are 2 ways to add extensions to Allow Lists.
Method 1
1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the Dialing Restrictions menu item.
4. Click on the Allow List sub-menu item.
5. Choose an Allow List.
6. Select the the Assignments tab.
7. Drag and drop extensions from the Available Members column to the Assigned Members column.
8. Click Apply to save the changes.
Method 2
1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the Extension Manager menu item.
4. Click on the Extensions sub-menu item.
5. Select the desired extension.
6. Scroll down to Outbound Dialling Restrictions.
7. Choose the Allow list the extension should be added to.
8. Click on Apply to save the changes.
