How to Add an Additional Registration for Extensions - Step by Step Instructions
1. Go to the TMS URL:https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the Extension Manager menu item.
4. Click on the Extensions sub-menu item.
5. Select the correct extension.
6. Click on the Registration tab at the top.
7. Click on the Add Registration button.
8. Fill in the details.
9. Click Apply to save the registration.
10. Tick the Ring Inbound option, which will allow your extension and registration to ring.
Note: You may only have up to 2 registrations, and it is recommended to use the following naming schemeRickCellorRickDeskPhone. This consists of the person's name and the device being used.
