The client needs to do the following:



Regarding the 0860 number pointing you will need to email the following to Telkom - smartaccess@telkom.co.za:

1. A request to point your 0860 number to  one of your numbers (insert clients VOIP number here)

2. A copy of your statement from us (I have attached a copy of this)

It takes 4 - 6 working hours to action the above so you could send the email on the day that you are installing the phones.
