It is always better to e-mail, when you email us a help ticket is created and tracked, everything that happens in and around the problem is recorded, so that it may be resolved quickly.


Random calls coming in, cannot easily be tracked and can get lost in translation. If you do call in with a problem we will assist you, but in most cases we will ask you to send us the request in writing from an authorised email address. This is for security reasons (to ensure it is you our client asking) and to ensure we action exactly what you want and no mistakes are made.
