Submitting a ticket via Email
One of the easiest ways to reach the support team is by sending them an email. All you need to do is send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and it will get converted into a ticket automatically.
To get things going quick, try to use the email ID you have provided for the records, so that the support agents can know exactly who you are when the ticket comes in.
