In this scenario, it is most likely that there is a problem with your Smart Call account with Telkom.


Some reasons could be:


1. You have fallen in love with Euphoria and forgotten entirely that you still use Telkom, so you forgot to pay them.

2. Telkom has a routing issue, so the calls are not reaching your Cloud PBX. This would need to be resolved by Telkom.


The best way to test this scenario quickly is dial your direct normal number given to you by Euphoria Telecom. Such

as 021 2000 xxx if this rings in the normal way. It means the your Cloud PBX is working perfectly.  Following this

dial your 086 number and see if the call manages to route to your Euphoria Telecom number. If it fails

immediately contact Telkom and inform them their is a problem.


We urge you to consider moving away from Telkom Smart call and migrate your customers to a 087 or Geographic

number provided by Euphoria Telecom. It simplifies the process of receiving calls and reduces your overall

telecom costs.
