Step 1: Select the extensions you would like to activate cellular features on. Do this by logging onto your TMS and selecting the Extension Manager tab on the left.


Step 2: From the extensions on your PBX, select the one you would like to add cellular features to. This will open a new window and give you a “forwarding option”, select this option.



Step 3: Under the forwarding option, ensure you set the extension with the following rules;
                a. Tick the “find me/follow me” checkbox
                b. Tick the “do not ring my phone, just the number below” checkbox
                c. Fill in the mobile number corresponding with that extension (the employees mobile number) in the “ring 1st number” space
                d. Tick the “use original caller’s Caller ID when forwarding”


Update the settings to save.
