1. Go to Salesforce URL

2. Enter user name and password

3. Click on home screen button

4. Ensure your Euphoria agent manager is online and softphone is visible

5. Click on CTI adaptor and the phone will initialise

6. You will now see the dialing pad

7. Enter phone number and click dial

8. You can also go to your Contacts and then Click to dial by selected the phone icon next to the number
