In order to make payments via credit card, as well as increase your calling credit limit, we require our clients to submit their RICA documents. This can be done by completing the following: 

 

1. Log onto the TMS

 

2. Click on "Select Account"

 

3. Click on "Upload RICA documents" which appears in the big green box on your dashboard




 

4. Complete what is necessary and click on "Upload"

 

The documentation will be sent to our accounts department where we will check all is in order. Once we approve the RICA documents, you will then be able to start making payments via credit card as well as apply for a credit limit increase.
