How to calculate call costs

 

1. Log in to the TMS

 

2. Click on Select Account

 

3. Click on the Outgoing Call History on the right-hand side of your dashboard

 

4. Choose the date range you wish to filter (our call costs per month are calculated from the 15th - 14th of each month)

 

5. Click on Display Results

 

6. Click on Export Results

 

This will then export your results within a few minutes, to an Excel spreadsheet that should appear in the downloads bar at the bottom of your screen. You are then able to auto sum the results and tally your total months’ expenditure. 

 

Euphoria offers pure per second billing, therefore should you make a call for 3½ minutes you are only charged for 3½ minutes, whereas with per minute billing if you make a call for 3½ minutes you are charged for 4 minutes.
