Postpaid monthly calling credit limit:
1. On startup, your credit limit will automatically be set to R 2000.00. Should you require a higher limit, a security deposit will be required based on a credit analyses, which will be completed by the Euphoria Accounts department.
2. For increases below R5000 an internal credit application will be completed.
2.1 For increases above R5000 a credit application must be completed in order for us to complete the credit analyses
3. Deposits are 100% refundable should you ever terminate your services with Euphoria.
4. A deposit slip will be provided to you, payment must be made by EFT, and the proof of payment sent to firstname.lastname@example.org before your monthly calling credit limit can be increased.
5. You can request a calling credit increase by logging into the TMS;
· Click on Select Account
· Click on the Billing & Accounts tab on the right-hand side of your screen
· Click on the Request Increase option in the Account Details block in the middle of your screen.
6. From here you will then be able to send us an increase request stating the increased amount you require and we will provide you with a deposit slip or a credit application form should we require this to be completed.
