This is a rule that defines how your number should behave between 2 different modes. Namely Night and Day



Below, you can see an example of how to set an Inbound Route with an Operator Based handlers

During Day mode, calls will be routed to the IVR menu called PrimaryInbound

After Night mode, calls will be routed to the IVR Menu called Afterhours


To activate Day or Night mode, simply dial *21 and enter the password, then follow the voice prompts
