Inbound Routes are changed by navigating to:


1. tms.euphoria.co.za=>PBX Manager=>Inbound Routes


2. Click on the Inbound Route that you would like to change. You can now change the times and days of the rule in the right hand panel



3. Click on the + sign and it will open the tree. On the right hand panel you can now change the method that you want the rule to follow, ie from an IVR to a Huntlist, or directly to an extension( Highlighted in yellow)



4. Click on the + sign and you can now select which IVR, Huntlist, extension etc that you would like to route to ( Highlighted in yellow)

5. Once you have selected your new Inbound Route, simply click the "Update Inbound Route" button
