Euphoria Telecom only offers two types of payment options: PREPAID or POSTPAID (Debit Order)
This option requires no security deposits and gives you 100% control of your telephony expenditure. Customers are required to sign the standard Euphoria Customer Service Agreement. Services can be renewed and airtime topped up via the Euphoria Telephone Management System (TMS).
Prepaid accounts have two aspects that require renewing:
1. Monthly PBX services – you can renew your PBX services from 1 through to 12 months (discounts apply to 6,9 and 12 month renewals)
2. Airtime - you can purchase airtime from R 100 up to R 15,000 (discounts apply to airtime purchases of R 10,000 and R 15,000)
You can easily set a notification amount via the TMS so that when your airtime credit reaches the set value, you will be sent an email alert once a day to remind you to login and top up your airtime, either by EFT or Credit Card payment. The PBX will send you an alert to renew your monthly services at; 30 days, 14, 3, 2 and 1 day to go.
Credit card payments reflect immediately on your account. Your account must be RICA compliant in order to make use of the credit card functionality.
EFT payments are allocated to your account only once proof of payment has been received at firstname.lastname@example.org during our office hours which are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Kindly note that our administration department is only authorized to accept bank generated proof of payments/confirmation of payments in PDF format, interim audit reports or screenshots of loaded payments will not be accepted as proof of payment.
