Hi there,

Can we please have an extra feature on Agent Manager which indicated the duration of agent on Paused?

Thank you for the request,

We are currently developing this on the New TMS which we are aiming to roll out by early 2018, as well as many other new enhancements and improvements to the Euphoria system.
